RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will exchange or refund items with your receipt.

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it.

In order to refund your purchase please inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods, otherwise your order will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, unless faulty or damaged.

The cost of returning goods, and packaging the product properly for shipping is your responsibility. The item/s must be returned in the original packaging.

Please use recorded delivery so that there is proof of delivery back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Items cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped.
